The rooms we were asked to focus on were the master room and living room, in order to attract a high end buyer. The master bedroom was designed with 'his' and 'hers' wardrobes . 'Her' wardrobe had its own walk in area which led to the ensuite double bathroom. The living area was extended so that it could house a luxurious dining space and given the illusion of being extensive. This property is up for a design award and has been featured in two magazines to date.
